3100+ Sempron = ?? Newcastle

From what I've read so far, the performance rating numbers for Semprons are different from the A64 chips. What would a 3100+ Sempron at stock be equal to if the comparison was made to a Newcastle core?

They are comparable and equal in performance. But there are two different cores of the 3100+ : Paris and Palermo

I'm satisfied with my "paris"

3100+ "paris" = more or less of a A64 2800 Newcastle
