301 redirect from Linux server to IIS 7.5

Hello,

I have a website which i am converting to .net from ruby on rails ....

i need to set up 301 redirects from the old site to the new one.

the urls to %99.9 or the pages will be changed (site has about 100 pages +/-).

i have zero access to the linux server. but i have access to the domain setup.

How to setup 301 redirects?

If you have access to the DNS configuration, why not just change the A records to point to the new host?
