I recently recieved a 300-Watt PSU with a 120mm fan on the back of it (opposite of the grill and the outlet). At first was like, what the f**k, but after I installed it and booted into windows, I realized that it lowered my overclocked p3-600 to 841 CPU temp 10 degrees Celcius. Just thought I recommend it. I ended up not even having to mod my case.

hmmm... weird... but almost every single 120mm(even quiet ones) will push much more air than an 80mm fan.

uhhh...i dont think there is any possible way to fit a 120mm fan on the back of a ATX power supply, unless the fan is larger than the Power supply. If it is then it is running inefficiently.

U may have gotten 92mm confused with the 120.

Just to let you know, 120mm is the size of a CD.
