On my new computer, I have a 300W PSU. These are my components:

CD-RW
Hard Drive
Floppy Drive
Geforce 4
SB Audigy
Asus K7V333 with Athlon 1900+
512 MB PC2700 DDR RAM

Should I upgrade, or is 300W enough?

P.S. Is there any program that tells me EVERYTHING about my computer, i.e. hard drive manufacturer, hard drive RPM, memory manufacturer, et cetera?

300w will be fine. Just get a power supply from a reputable manufacturer. Try SiSoft Sandra; it will tell you the information you're looking for.
Motherboard Monitor is another good program that will give you information about temps and voltages.

You shouldn't need anything more than that. I have 5 drives, a cd-rw, floppy, and four fans on my P4 system with a 300 watt antec PS. Still works. I did burn up one 300 watt Premier PS that came with the enlight 7237 case that had 4 drive, cd-rw, floppy, 2 case fans. It was an Tbird 1 Ghz system. But it was working good for over 1 1/4 years.
