I've got a Sparkle 300W PSU, and am about build this setup. Is the PSU enough, or should i look at getting one with more output?

About the psu. First thing, is it a generic one that comes with the case? I found this great review on psu's from firing squad. Read this article (http://firingsquad.gamers.com/guides/power_supply/). If you follow the steps they give you, it should give you how much power your system will use. If you're going to buy a psu I'd get Antec True psu because it's a reputable company. ANYWAYS, if it's a general psu, it might not have enough power on certain rails, and you can find this out by searching for your psu on a search engine (I used google). Either way, read article and it will explain all

Even though Sparkle PSUs are quality you may need a more powerful PSU. 3 HDs and especially that video card.

I would definitely recommend upgrading that PSU. I just had the same one, and I decided to upgrade with even less hardware than that. Of course, I am a stickler about properly supplying components with power. I have a TBird 1Ghz@1.2GHz, 1 HDD, 2 CD drives, 2 case fans, 512MB memory, and I am planning on getting a new HDD (Reason I bought the PSU). You are definitely pushing the limits of that PSU, so be wary if you don't buy a new PSU.
