300w PS is it enough?

Here is the system I am building:

SG05 - comes with 300w ps
mobo:GA-H55N-USB3
HD: Intel G2 80GB SSD, 1TB Samsung f3
vidcard: 5850 or gtx460
cdrom: none
memory: 8gb haven't ordered yet
CPU i7 870

Is the 300w enough? I will not be OCing

This system had an overclocked i7-920, but still, 300W doesn't seem quite enough.
