what are the rest of the specs? If you run a lot of fans/HDDs/CD/DVD/CDR/DVDR/RAM/ and intend to OC then shell out the cash for a good PS. I have an Enermax 465 VP (431 watt) whisper series that delivers more power than I could ever need, see my system specs to see just how much stuff I'm running and OCing :) plus if you're running on a socket 478 pin P4 board and plan to upgrade to the new Northwood CPUs, I'd go bigger for future OCing...
