I paid $21 for a ATX mid-tower case with 300w PS last time I went to computer show, the weight is lighter than a good 300W PS by itself. But it work fine for my Celeron system.

This one for sure doens't have a ball bearing fan, most likely a sleeveless type fan. Last time i bought a really cheap PS this was the case. Within a year the fan couldn't spin anymore cause of dust collecting around the fan (natural of course). It's now pretty much useless unless i replace the fan and splice in a better one. Not worth $6+shipping.... trust me from experience.
