Read the label, if it says 5.5v + 12v = 220W, your fine. Thats more than most cheapo 400W psu's.

I would think so because Antecs are very nice, but it doesn't hurt to get something with a little more power because these things last a long time and by spending an extra $10 now, later you won 't have to spend like $50 for a whole new PSU. Just a thought as to what I would do, but it should be fine for that setup.

thanx for the replies guys, the only reason i dont want to get a new psu is cuz i spent a lot of many on other upgrades and i happen to have the antec lying around. my last question is the if a 350W ENERMAX PSU will support the following AMD system:

1700+ DLT3C overclocked to the 2200-2300 range
abit Nf7-s
corsair 512 pc3200
slk 800
9700 pro
game theater XP

i really appreciate thanx

Remember that there are several generations of 300W Antecs, each successively beefier on the combined 3.3V + 5V (160W -> 180W -> 220W). IIRC, the oldest (PP-303X) doesn't have the 4-pin P4 plug that you'd want for your P4 system, while the other two (PP-303XP and SL300/SL300S) do have it.

On the last question, the Enermax 350W ought to get the job done fine IMHO.
