After using my computer with my new Corsair 300r case, I found out that my audio ports were somehow reversed when I plugged in to get sound from my headphones. I found out that the USB ports are having some grounding problems as well. The computer would completely freeze every time I would even touch a USB device to the front port.

Checking for a ground, I popped off the top cover of the front panel. You can clearly see that the Audio ports are reversed. I bet there is something wrong with the ground as well. :(

My luck is not on my side today I guess.

Corsair Forums are the place for this.

Their support network is pretty good with RAMGuy responding to posts with reasonable speed. Seems to me like most of these cases turn into a 'submit an RMA, link to this post and the RMA team will sort you out'.

I did post in the Corsair forum and I filled out an RMA. This is just poor quality control IMO, stuff like this shouldn't happen, especially to the point where you can see the issue.
