$300ish to spend - What to get?!

I just ordered a Neo4 board and a 3500+... I want to make BF2 preeeetty. Haha

I was planning on getting a x800gto2... but the suckers are out of stock, and I don't think its worth it to get one for 250.

What card do you guys think I should get - INCLUDING REFURBS (If you think its a steal)

well for $300-ish, nothing can beat the 7800gt

This one at ZZF costs $340 AR. it has lifetime warrany and OC'ed speed out of the box

6800GT... x800XL... x800 Pro... maybe a refurb x850?

Considering the X850 Pro is just below the X800XL in performance, that 's a hot deal i'd say

Also there's a guy selling two 6800GT's (PCIE) for $220/each

I'd prefer a GT over an X800XL, but that's me. They're both good cards

pulled that from another thread... $289.99 AMR for a 7800GT... not bad at all. To put that into perspective, I sold a 6800GT AGP about 6 months ago (used for a year) for $250 and it felt could've gotten more had I tried harder.

X800XL would be a good choice. For more money, the 7800GT would be good as well. Used X850 card would rock also, depending on the price .
