300gb HDD or DvD burner w/TY+CD

I just order a WD 320gb sata HDD from monarch
I have a 80gb IDE
Total:400gbs

should I:
A:Seagate 300gb SATA with NCQ, 5 years warrenty, used+oem
with PVR 150
115+55=170

B:NEC 3540 + 200TY's + CDr's + PVR 150?
around 200?

C:Save up for a 2005fpw(might get another $200)

harddrives are supa cheap. personally i think i would go with the dvd writer and discs with the PVR card. do you have a cd book? I backup all my dvds and put them in a big cd book.
