3000+Winie, stock HSF, AV8 - ? about CPU fan RPM's

I have an Abit AV8, 3000+ winchester, and am using the stock HSF that comes with the retail box CPU. After some tweaking in the Abit EQ app (temp/voltag/rpm app) i notice that the max swing i can get with my CPU HSF fan rpm's is:

Idle - 43*C at 2100rpm's
100% load w/ 2.5Ghz OC and 1.5Vcore - 65*C at 3180rpm's
100% load w/ 2.4Ghz OC and 1.4Vcore - 59*C at 3180rpm's

So my question is with the stock HSF do those RPM's look correct, 2100 at idle and 3200 al 100% load. Just want to make sure my cooling is as efficiant as it could be. I know the 100% Load temps look high, but after reading alot of threads on differant forums I think this is common problem with the Abit mobo's, they seem to report temps about 10*C too high.

bump!!

In case i was not clear, what i am looking for is 3200rpm's the correct high value (@12V) that the stock HSF fan should run at, and is 2100rpm's the correct speed low option speed (8V).

Or do some of you have this fan operating at say 5000rpm's at 12Volts. Just trying to get the rpm specs for the high (12V) and low (8V) speeds for this HSF fan.
