3000 venice with OCZ plat r2...help with oc

hi everyone....im relatively new here so please be patient.

Ive got some roxor parts in my system and i want to max them out. Ive been out of the oc game since the XP cpus so im basically a n00b again. Ive read all about finding your max on parts but i dont know how the other settings in the bios regarding the ram.

my first task would probably be to find the max of my ram....but how can i do that with all the dizzying settings in my bios (623-3)

any help would be great...be gentle

Go to DFI Street and check out the OC database to see what settings others are using with your RAM. If you have anymore questions, let me know, since we have the same stuff.

wow, after reading through the pdf file on how to OC with my mb i maxed out my cpu at 2.7 with 1.6volts stable.....bet i could go higher but i dont want to risk it

now comes the long task of finding the best memory settings (so much to look at)
