3000+ Venice BEST Mobo non SLi 939

I plan to upgrade this Memorial Day

I need advice on which motherboard to get. Which Motherboard would you recommend?

Would like to Overclock.

If you're looking to o/c then the DFI-Ultra-D is the best there. With a 3000+ Venice you're gonna want something that can reach some insanely high FSB speeds. I have one but I can't get it running so it's being tested out by the shop right now. Apparently they're REALLY picky about RAM.

If your on a budget, you can't beat the Chaintech VNF4 Ultra.... I have had no problems with high FSB speeds on this board.
