3000+ or 3200+ venice

Hey guys i am building a rig where

the motherboard will be:
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard

ram will be:
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Platinum System Memory

i plan to OC the processor as much as i can... i am using air cooling

From what i understand the 3000+ is the same processor as a 3200+ without one multiplier, but with that motherboard can't i just simply increase it to about 300fsb and get 2700 out of the processor?

Will i be able to pump more out of the 3200+? If so how much more

then tend to overclock the same, the 3200 is more for people who want to run around 250ish fsb

is there an advantage to running at lower fsb? with my system setup?

Simplifies finding ram settings your system likes. But other then that, not really.
