This movie looks bad ass.

Who else agrees?

This is a movie for the theaters.

No DVD or HD-DVD will do this justice. And I havent even seen it yet.
 
yeah looks badass. I'm definitely going to see it

but, like i said in a thread i posted last week:

i don't like how all the characters' teeth are too perfect. hahaha

and this movie is better than <insert random army in leather armor swordplay film here> because? So, they added some nifty new special effects. I don't see anyone telling me how this is better/different than Gladiator or "300" other similarly situated movies.
 
This movie looks awesome and Frank Miller is going to be controlling it as much as he controlled sin city which is a good sign.

I love how the IMDB message board for this movie is riddled with people complaining it is historically innaccurate. Its a freaking frank miller graphic novel, it never claimed to be historical, it just is inspired by a true event. Thats like saying you wont watch Hell Boy, because the part where the Nazi's summoned him is not historically accurate, since the Nazi's obviously never summoned a devil.

That's almost enough to make me not want to see it. I found Sin City to be horrid.

i searched for 300 and nothing came up, just 2 threads that werent related to the movies, quit bitchin about reposts and start bitchin about the crappy search not working
 
meh... looked too over-the-top and cartoonish, which is prob intentional, but doesn't interest me too much... i also think gladiator is entirely overrated... i'll take braveheart any day for awesome melee combat (not too mention better story w/ better acting) 🙂
