$300 upgrade, get overclocking MB and 8800gt in SLI or buy a 4870?

What would you guys recommend as an upgrade?
Im not sure on the E6400 overclocking potential but ive heard they do decent most of the time.

I game at 1900x1200 and currently have a 8800gts 320mb card, would like to make sure I can play most newer games at this res

I have an E6600 and a 21" CRT 1600x1200.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to try out the 8800GT in SLI just to see how it works out since my motherboard supports it.

I can always sell one or both cards or upgrade my relatives computers with them later on.

A single 4870 is the sweet spot for 1920x1200. Single GPU > Multi GPU of similar caliber.
