$300 to spend on a new monitor which one?

I've got $300 to spend on a new monitor. I play 50% games and 50% internet and email. What would be a good all around monitor for that price? And it would be nice if it was an all matte monitor, meaning the screen and bezel and stand all matte no glossy crap...

I'd still get the 231 over the 232. wLED isn't all that great and the 231 most likely has a real 8-bit panel while the 232 is definitely 6-bit + FRC.
