$300 and I need Video Capture Device...What should I get...

I got $300 set aside for a a video capture device.
My system currently has:
AMD Thunderbird 1.4
Maxtor 60 gig (5400) - boot drive
Maxtor 160 (ATA133) - going to be the capture drive.

I want to put our home video'sn to DVD's. So I want the
best quality I can get for this. Any help is really appreciated.

ADS USB Instant DVD

I don't know much about it...but ADS is a very big company in this field....may be something cool to look into.
