I believe he was making a reference to the huge population that is never included in the census........the millions of illegal aliens in this country, which some estimates place their numbers at approximatley 20 million and growing.

Maybe if you're not accounted for in the census....you should get yourself accounted or GTFO of this country? Legal visa's included of course

BTW, I refused to participate in the 2000 census and am perfectly legal. 🙂

ETA - I was also born here. I'm about half Irish and half Cherokee for those wondering. I just don't need them in my business.
 
I don't get it. Mexico is not Alaska or Siberia. They have fine ocean, nice land, and fukked up system. 10 mil of them in US. They could put all that rrrun-to-the-states-and-be-slave effort to make their own homeland better, instead of being treated without respect in the US.
