30+ y/o woman hitting on me

Some woman at work. She actually looks closer to late 20s and she would never tell how old she was so I conned her into taking a look at her drivers license. She's 31 or so, I'm 24.

There's a method to the madness, she's on a work visa and it's a pain in the ass to deal with those. She jokes about me marrying her so that she can stay in the US.
