Office Max has 30% off all mice and speakers, might be just B&M though. One option is the wireless opitcal microsoft explorer inteli mouse for ~$49 after 30% off. They also have altec lansing speakers and many other varities of microsoft and logitech mice.

The MS Opticle mouse is $24.99 - 30%($7.50)-$10 rebate(sticker on the box) = $7.49 (my first IR mouse, very nice!)

I also picked up a MS internet KB for $12.49(50% off)out the door. Nice KB!

just some heads up. The Microsoft optical mouses come with a 5yr warranty. so if the mouse starts to not respond at times(known problem with Microsoft opticals.) they will send you a new one and you get to keep the old one. just call and they will ask a series of questions(in my guess, to gather info about the problem). then they will give u a case number and tell u to call parts number. from there they ask shipping info and thats that!

A guy from work bought a mouse that only rang up 30% off, but they honored the 50% off sign. Got me a Microsoft Internet Keyboard for $12.49. Just couldn't resist. Some of the mice have $10 rebates attached to them, too.

Hmmmm..... those Logitech Z540s for $39.99 are looking like a HOT DEAL!!! Smokin!!! I may have to go back tomorrow! 🙂

I went to the OM in Woodside, Queens. They had the 50% off signs. When I went to buy my keyboard and mouse, it only rang up 30%. After I complained, the clerk called HQ and they said it was a mistake. I didn't push the issue, it's likely that they would have honored the 50% off. So is this happening everywhere? If so, I might go back and get the full discount.

The 50% off signs went out to the stores with our weekly mail, along with the rest of the ad signs. It's obviously a misprint. Our store actually got a half a dozen of the damned things, which we promptly tossed.
