brought back from the duty free shop during honeymoon in Jamica Mon too bad they were not Cubans I coulda walked right into the US no one ever checked them back in the US!

they look ok and smell ok?

Cigars don't go bad if you prep them for storage. Did they dry out?? If they are totally dry then throw them in the microwave for a minute and 30 seconds than toss them in the refrigerator. In an hour they'll be plenty fresh enough to smoke again.
