3 weeks to get soccer ready: what to do?

I've been talked into playing in a outdoor soccer league that starts in 3 weeks. I'm not in terrible shape but I'm not in soccer running shape. What training steps should I take to increase my running endurance the quickest?

run more.

But honestly, I'd just work on agility and interval work. Soccer isn't an endurance sport (eg long periods of constant movement), so working on short cycle sprint work and agility is probably going to pay off the most.

The best thing you can do is to play around with movement in different planes. Twisting, quick turns, suicide sprints, etc. People get really easily injured in field sports because you have to change direction so quickly while moving your body in ways that it doesn't like.

Miles on the road help with overall stamina but nothing gets you in game shape like interval work.
Walk Run Sprint - repeat for as long as you can
Suicides
Hill Sprints
Burpees - they suck but they are gold
