3 websites currently "undergoing maintenance"

I haven't been able to connect to J2.com, eVoice.com, eFax.com for a few days. Each one, oddly, has the exact same message on their site.

Isn't it kind of odd that all three of them have the same "undergoing maintenance" message?

 
They're all pointing to 204.11.168.* IP's and are using the same nameservers, so depending on what's going on, it could affect all of them.

Right, but it's still odd that they would be down for multiple days.
 
Boy did I get burned on this one. For a passing second I thought about checking their whois and IPs but I figured there's no way that they shared the same nameservers.

The sites sure don't give a hint that they are even remotely related to each other. Maybe some reorganization is going on or they're going belly-up.
 
Either way, it doesn't seem like it would be a service you would want to reply too heavily upon.

Has anyone used any of these services? If so, does their service go down often or for long durations?
 
Here's the funny part. I called a couple of their tech support lines and got this recorded message, 'you may check server status via the website.'
