Man i turned down tickets to this game thinking it would be a blowout.
Arizona is amazingly holding back USC. 3-0 at the half :shocked:
AZ just needs something offensivly...i hope they can keep it close down the stretch...

I've seen both previous games as well. He seems nothing more than an average quarterback that has great team around him. He doesn't hurt the team, but he certainly doesn't add to it either. Maybe he'll get better since he's new, but I haven't seen any flashes of greatness.

USC sucks and i overrated as they are every year. Not only that, but they play ineligible players (*cough* Reggie Bush), too. Why did LSU absolutely demolish Arizona by halftime, and then USC is barely leading vs. Arizona? Yep, there's that proof of USC being #2 again. HAHA.

Faulty logic. Ohio State struggled against PSU, yet Notre Dame demolished PSU.

I think USC has enough talent to win the Championship this year....but it won't be like they did a few years ago. They will battle through a lot of games this season. Not mature enough yet to blow the heads off people. I give them a good shot.

Wow, are you incompetent. I thought any football fan knows that box scores don't always tell the story. Yes it turned into a rout, but Penn State was in contention until the very last three minutes of the game.

wow 20-3...nowhere near as bad a beeting as USC should've given AZ. I thoguht it would have EASILY been up in the 30's or 40's.
So the story of the game: the AZ defence looked like the defence of old. And after being on the field as long as they were they didnt hardly tire at all seemed like.
The offensive unit looks like crap however....at least its not a blowout...and no INTs

I was able to catch that last INT since ABC was showing it as bonus coverage.

"PAC-10 sucks / is overrated / is soft / etc.. "

"SEC rules / is god's gift to football / invented football / cures cancer / etc.. "

It was on both.. They said that the ND/MSU game would be shown on ESPN2 on the west coast.
