First, I have both a Vista Business 32-bit disk and a Vista Ultimate 64-bit disk. Yes, I have key codes for both the 32-bit disk (business only) and key codes for the 64-bit disk (Ultimate only).

Also, my gf has a Dell Vostro 1500 laptop with 2GB of memory and XP Home Premium.

1) I want to install Windows 7 RC1 to her laptop and then eventually install Windows 7 Home Premium 32 or 64 bit (don't really know which).

2) I currently have Windows 7 RC1 64-bit installed on my desktop. I want to end up with Windows 7 Home Premium or Win 7 Professional 64-bit only.

3) I have Windows 7 RC1 32-bit installed on a friend's desktop. It has a 939 socketed motherboard with 2x1 GB modules. I want to end up with Windows 7 Home Premium of either 32 or 64 bit as no further memory upgrades will be done here.

What would I need to buy to reach the desired goal for each of the three computers listed above given the versions of Vista listed up top?

You want to end up with three Windows 7 installs, starting with two Vista install CDs? Somehow, the math on that doesn't work out.

Not useful information.

Edit: I am on a pre-order upgrade list at MicroCenter for W7 HP and I'm considering doing the same for W7 Professional.

You need two Win7 upgrade licenses (one Pro, one Home Premium) for the first two. Then a retail Win7 Home Premium full install license for the third.
