3 TB External Hard Drive Prices

For someone that hasn't followed hard drive prices for awhile be it internal or external is this a good price with free shipping for a 3 TB External USB 3.0 drive http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822178110 ?

I know hard drives prices were probably lower around Xmas but do they get much lower this time of the year for the above?

I saw this same drive at Target yesterday for $117, if you don't feel like waiting, YMMV ofcourse.
