3 Stereo Outputs, 1 Stereo Input: What are my options?

So, I have three stereo outputs coming to my workspace. Two stereo plug outputs coming from the individual soundcards of two different workstations and one RCA output (white/red) coming from a audio receiver. The problem is I only have 1 input on my sub. How can I get all three outputs, including the one with RCA ends, into this single stereo input? Thanks in advance.
