I've used a dropped ice cube. Just rinsed it until I was satisfied enough of the surface had melted away.
Also, age, location, and blood alcohol level are factors in the decision process.
I thought this thread was about following distance behind a car.
If it's dry, then most likely.
If it's wet, then no.
I tend to eat anything except bread if it drops on the floor. If bread drops on the floor I will do a quick rinse with the sprayer at the sink then blot it with the hand towel hanging on the oven.
# of seconds on floor doesn't effect my decisions.
