Were the speakers attached? If so, you paid for it and they would have no legal right to take them down when they left unless specified clearly in the purchase agreement. Basically, I'm saying #3 may not be profit. Old beer I guess could be a small profit if you actually will drink it. Who knows, maybe the beer cans were used in the toilet to reduce water usage.
