Hi All,

My case is NZXT Phantom

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003WE9WQO/

My MoBo is GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-UD4H LGA 1150

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128617

The case fans are 3 Pin and Mobo is 4 Pin.

How do I connect them?

And What is the Best option?

1. Have them connected with PSW and let them run at full speed.

2 Or have MoBo control the Fan speed?

And What connector I need to buy ?

NZXT Phantom Case have Fan speed controllers.

Thanks In Advance.

The fan connector heads have notches that allow them to align with the onboard connector in only one orientation.

I have found it best to just get quiet fans at what you need and let them run.

Speed control and stuff is interesting at first, but proves to be high maintenance if you are needing high cfm at times.
