That is a big problem, you probably will have to solder some wires together, I don't think it would be worth your time, just buy a new panaflo.

You'll need to get some of these if you don't want to cut the connectors off another fan and solder them to your bare wire leads. Keep in mind that most Panaflo fans don't support rpm monitoring, so plugging them into the motherboard doesn't really offer any advantages.

You could also get a microbus that would allow you to power them without connectors. This is what I did in my other case. It works well.

there are 2 you can get, for both, you'll need to splice. that would be after cutting off the "connector" which resembles the fan connector on the motherboard.

get http://www.svc.com/123to3ex.html and splice some wires if you want to connect to the motherboard. red to red, black to black, yellow you dont use.

get http://www.svc.com/3pinto4pinad.html and splice some wires if you want to connect to the power supply plugs, red to red, black to black (there are only 2 wires)

if you dont know how to splice wires, look it up in google. unfortunately, svc doesnt sell heatshrink tubing narrow enough for splicing applications =(.
