hi. well i got no OS on the drive and im using fdisk to add my partitions. Its limiting me to 2 partitions. Is there any way i could get 3 partitions on the drive with win98 or if so any windows OS?? It a 80GB drive just in case your wondering. I want 1.) 8gb partition and 2 36 gb partitions..

thanks

You should be able to do this with the regular fdisk.

1) Create primary partition (8 GB)
2) Create extended partition (72 GB)
3) Create logical partition (36 GB)
4) Create another logical partition (36 GB)

You need to create the extended partition first - the logical ones fit inside it.
