3 or 4 monitors?

If you have an SLI motherboard with 2 video cards can you run 3 or 4 monitors with the 2nd video card? Thanks.

i personally dont own an sli board so im not 100% but i think you have to change a card or jumper on the motherboard.

You can switch out of SLI mode in the drivers. Jumpers/switch is required to change between 1x16x PCIe slot and 2x8x PCIe slot, not to turn on/off SLI and dual cards.
There should now be support for switching between using 2 cards (for 4 monitor support) and SLI mode in the drivers, and I think it's switchable without a reboot.

right now it requires a reboot, but I heard that Nividia was going to make it something you could do without rebooting in the fututre
