I ordered a router yesterday with standard UPS 3 day shipping and the turnaround from ordering to delivery was less than 24hrs.

I've never once had a problem with them and I've been making orders at least 4-5 times a month.

I must say they've really gotten their shit together. Been placing almost weekly orders now and it has been 2 days later every order.

For reference, on multiple occasions, I have placed orders that took 3+ days just for processing.

Now if they could just get their pricing a little more competitive.

I'd say their pricing is pretty damn competitive. What are you encountering?

Including shipping, most of their prices are run of the mill. The only thing for me that redeems them is their name and their website. Otherwise the prices are pretty much the same as everywhere else.

Everywhere else online, you mean? Beats all retail, and there is only so low you can go. But I'll continue to order from them because they are reputable and I have never been troubled with painful deliver, always been fast. I also like frozencpu, as sometimes they'll have parts newegg doesn't, and they're also on the ball. And I always tend to add something to my order at checkout, they always get me there lol... like Jolt or last time (a year ago), I got Cocaine from them. Neither are anything I find locally. It's just so convenient. :)

I read about all of you ordering from Newegg for years, and I finally placed an order with them a few months ago. I order from them 3-4 times a month now. Got in on the G Skill PC-800 RAM deal (2x1GB) for $34.99 most recently as well as the <$30 Lite-On DVD-RW.
I always recieve my stuff in no more than 2 days (UPS 3 Day) and shipping is free more often than not.
Not about to complain!

I'm enjoying my Amazon Prime membership; free 2-day on everything sold by Amazon (no minimum purchase) and $3.99 overnight.

I wanted a battery grip for my DSLR for some weekend shooting; it was $270 at every B&M store in town, but I ordered it an hour ago on Amazon for $235 w/ overnight shipping and it will be here tomorrow.

I wish they'd let us pick stuff up like mwave. Then I would have what I ordered in 15 minutes and I would've saved 5 bucks on top of that. -_-

I love living in LA when dealing with computer hardware: clubit, newegg, and mwave are all in the City of Industry area. Next day shipping on everything!

At one point they were going to try doing that. They sent me an online questionaire asking if I'd use that service if they offered it. Since I live in LA a few blocks from the ocean, I told them no. For me to get to City of Industry it's a 45minute to 1 hour drive.

Why should I do that when I order it with regular shipping, and it shows up next day?
