I can't wait to see how jack prevents the nerve gas/nuclear bomb/radioactive material/virus/killer bees/plague of locusts from killing 100,000/150,000/500,000/1,000,000 people in the LA metropolitan area!!!!!

oh sh*t, there's a leadership change at CTU? how ever will jack and his satellite rerouting/computer hacking/digital picture enhancing friends manage?!?!

True, it is kind of repetitive, in so far as it involves Jack, killing, and saving. A lot. And saying "Damn it".

It's entertaining though. IMO.

You could argue football/basketball/baseball is repetitive too :p;)

They're due for a season battling a disease. :)

Wasn't some disease as a powder distributed throught a hotel the premise of Season 3?

And I concur that it would have been cooler with the Chinese after Jack all season!

Sutherland is signed for 3 more years, the show has only been resigned for 1 more year, as of now. Read the article.
While the deal with Sutherland locks him in for three additional years beyond the current fifth season of "24," the 20th TV/Imagine TV-produced show so far has been picked up for one additional season.

Doesn't he get to rest on the seventh day???
