3 monitors w/ GTX 480 help

I have a PNY GTX 480, and I have 2 16:10 21" monitors (NEC 20WMGX2) and I just purchased a samsung 39" tv @ 1920x1080. So I want this to go on top, so I can watch movies and such, while my bottom 2 monitors will be for productivity and such. Of course, I want all 3 monitors to be extended, each having it's own resolution (the bottom 2 are 1680x1050 - no problems there) I'm not into surround gaming, nor do I care for it. I'll game on 1 monitor just fine.

Can I just purchase a cheap 8400GS video with HDMI out and use that to put my samsung 39" to use?
