I got a third montor for christmas, plugged it in to my llano PC and it doesn't work. When I have the hdmi port occupied, the dvi port won't output. I have tried each monitor seperately and they are all functional displays. I rooted around in my bios and found nothing related to eyefinity or any kind of displays. Asus technical support is on holiday it seems, much to my irritation. I could get a 6670 or similar graphics card, but I would prefer not to do that. Does anybody know anything about llano and eyefinity?

The display ports on my motherboard are vga, HDMI, and DVI. I have the HDMI cable hooked to a DVI adapter, but I doubt that makes a difference. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

The graphics chipset on your mainboard only had 2 clock generators, so only 2 ports can run. You'll have to get a graphics card to run the third monitor. To save the hassle I recommend you swallow the increased power consumption and heat generated and get an eyefinity card that can drive all 3 monitors by itself.

I see thanks. Because of the case I am using, getting a full featured card is not an option. The best I can do is a low profile 6670. What kind of problems would I have running one display on a discrete card and the other two on the APU? Also, if I wanted one to power a game over another, how could I control that?
