3 hour interview

What can someone expect at a 3 hr long interview session? Will it just be talk or some sort of exam? Job - QA / Systems Engineer. Any input as to what to expect would be great. Thanks.

possibly a tour, and maybe you will be meeting with different ppl at different times

EDIT: <removed dumb question>

QA - Systems Engineer? I would guess maybe some sit down hypothetical situations. Like an open discussion about certain problems, and how you solve them. I might be wayyyyyyyyyyy off here, but that's what I would guess.

I know interviews for med school last 4+ hours. You meet with the admissions ppl. Then one of the med students on the student half of the admission board gives u a tour of the school, you have lunch, then you talk to the med student a little.
Its a whole day thing basically

They might have you talk to a few different people, give you a tour, and have you fill out some forms or take some tests.

In the e-mail, he told me I'd be meeting with 2 managers, himself (he's a lead), and another QA-Systems Engineer. I really don't know what to expect from each of them.
