((((Wrong forum please move to mobo forum.)))

Thanks for moving!! I redid the links for some reason they broke. My system was a bit wacky last night. the links should work today.

I got a hold of the first two boards below and have been using them with my two 2500t cpus.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128540 75 bucks

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128548 95 bucks

the low cost one has less fan headers 2 not 3. not a big deal in a micro build.

what do these 3 below have extra that is worth having?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128541 110 bucks

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128542 120 bucks

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128551 180 bucks

(((((this was supposed to be a new thread will try to fix it.)))

I moved the mis posting to a new thread. in the wrong section Sorry about that belongs in mobos.

I redid links. I hope I fixed it all this morning.

Now I have two 2500t cpus so oc of the cpu is not important. I just wondered if any htpc benefits or possible bitcoin mining were on the more expensive boards.

I fixed the links .

Thanks for moving to mobos.

The two builds I did are the 2500t with the base model and the second model mobos from above. the Ga-b75m-d3v has only 2 fan headers cost 75 bucks. the ga-h77m-d3h has 3 fan headers cost 95.

One has a Sapphire Hd6670 ultimate passive gpu and a 128 gb crucial m4 ssd the other has a sapphire Hd7750 ultimate passive gpu and a 240gb mushkin ssd. both have 500 gb 2.5 inch hdds. both builds run under 45 watts and are really quiet watching a blu ray. the only sound is the bluray drive. watching netflix both are silent.

I am not sure if the other boards have features that I need. these two boards have 1 sata III jack hooked up to the ssd. all other sata jacks are type 2.

Just my opinion but I would look up boot loop and rethink gigabyte. I just lost a mother board to this problem. Only 6 months old too.

I've had a Gigabyte mobo for around one and a half years now, and it's been working fine. That said, I also have three Asus boards (~3 years, ~2 years and ~1 year) that are working fine, two of which 24/7, so you might want to take a look at the Asus models.
