I've got XM and I really like it. I was disappointed to see that Sirius got the NFL package, I would have liked to have that for sundays when I get caught in the car. From what I recall XM has a larger subscriber base. They also offer discounts for year or multi-year contracts, as well as family plan packages for multiple recievers (since I got mine, my wife couldn't live without one).

The 3 day trial is a joke considering you can listen to XM online, anytime.

XM is loading up on the college sports. ACC and Pac 100 will be first.

Sirius is backed by some really big names in terms of receivers (Alpine, Kenwood, JVC, Clarion, etc.). I've barely heard of the component manufacturers producing products for XM. That's not to take anything away from XM. My point is just that if you're loyal to certain "big name" brands, you're going to have more to choose from with Sirius, especially in the future.

Never seen an Alpine unit with sirius.

I have XM through Alpine. :)

Lub it~
