3 Fan system cooler

I dont know if anyone here has seen that, i think its TechFLEX 3 LED blue fan system cooling unit. It has 3 fans that can be turned and positioned any way you want. I wanted to promarily cool my video card as best as possible, i wanted to know how to do this the smartest way <IE sucking/blowing, positioning, etc> thanks

im guesing its like teh Logisys or whatever on SVC's website. I think that you would benefit more from buying a Zalman PCI bracket, and mounting either a low rpm 120mm fan to it, or 2x 92mm low rpm fans. That way, you have even more spot cooling with much less noise. Whether or not this method of spot cooling is actually beneficial... thats another story.

Well, ive already bought it lol, I was just wondeirng the most efficent way of setting it up for maximum cooling. From what i read, blowing air on a computer part doesnt d anything correct, beacuse of the lack of sweat on computer parts.. right?

lol
no, blowing air on anything will cool it down(assuming it is hotter than the air.) That is basic physics. All you are doing is providing the material with a constant supply of fresh cool air that the component uses to come to thermal equilibrium with. since hte air is always changing, that will never happen and thus cools quite effectively
