3 drive RAID-0 setup

I am thinking of configuration possibilities for my storage. My storage drive is essentially in RAID 1 with 2 offline, of the exact same drives in RAID 0; all 3 drives are the same. They are 500 Gb Seagate NS drives. the config is 500 to 1000. I did this because I thought I could RAID-0 all three drives to a 1.5Tb drive or vice versa. Is it possible to config 3 drives in RAID-0? I am using a real cheap 4 SATA port Rosewill RAID card. The RC 209. Will that card work for what I am wondering?
