Dunno never had one, or needed one. My wife hates me 26 and never had any problems with my teeth.

I've never broken a bone, but for some reason, mouth pain, whether a tooth, biting yourself, etc, has got to be the worst feeling in the world. Maybe stomach issues can come close, but you can just sit on the john for awhile and eventually that'll all be over!

About the only problem I've had with my teeth are the 2 wisdom teeth on the top that came in crooked, and I have yet to get them pulled.

I have no upper incisors. I used to grind my teeth really bad when I was a kid, and my parents were too poor/didn't give a fvck enough to get me a orthipedist or whatever mouth doctors are called and fix it. C'est la vie.

Too true... its just about impossible to ignore pain in your mouth or in your head!
