3 an35nultra systems with athlon 3200xp cannot run cas 2

I built 3 systems all using the an 35n ultra 2 have geil pc 3200 memory 1 has kingston hyperx memory I cannot run any of these at better than 8-3-3-2.5 the memory is all rated cas 2. If I pop in an athlon 2500 it will work 6-2-2-2 They all have antec 300 watt power supplys please help I am getting frustrated They alos all have additional coolinfg fans with heat spreaders on memory thanks Chas
