3 almost 4 months without a cigarette

Keep it up. Take it from experience the only thing that sucks worse than quitting is quitting a second time.

Stop keeping track. Try to forget that you smoked, stop thinking about cigarettes.

The more you think about them, the more likely that you backslide.

Congrats, but put it behind you and move on.

This is a pretty interesting picture about what happens to your body if you stopped smoking right now. I'm sure it's been posted before, but it applies here as well.

This chick told me she quit smoking for 6 months and she was all proud. I told her if she needs help with that oral fixation I can volunteer. She slapped me 🙁

Good job though man!

A month is nothing. You're not even close to done until you have stopped for at least a full year.

..you got it beat. now do some google research on tobacco/dope products of combustion and the chemical conversion of such when inhaled. you'll have no problem staying away from it all.

Great job!

Sounds like you're doing well. If I were you I'd go through everything I owned and clean it to get rid of effects from the smoke. Your car, your clothes, carpet, furniture, etc. Heck, even scrub down the walls. It will be some work but it will help to completely put it past you. It also has the added benefit of making you not want to start smoking because you'll have to do all of that cleaning again.
