3-95.com vs dixiesys.com for webhosting

3-95.com AFAIK is part of dixiesys.com, but they only have their $3.95 per month. Dixiesys gives you the same hosting features as 3-95 for $3.95, but they have better, more expensive accounts for more money. Is there any difference?

dixiesys has more features than the standard 3-95 account. 3-95 has been awesome to me so far though.

Same company. Similar relationship Nissan has to Infiniti, one provides more at a higher price, the other is for the budget minded consumer.
