ok i just ordered all my stuff.

I have:
Rio 800 pump (3/8 or 1/2 Fittings)
Heater core (3/8 Fittings)
Maze-2 Waterblock (1/2 Fittings)
7 Ft. of Silicon Toobing (1/2 Fittings
1 Ft. of Nylon Toobing (3/8 Fittings)

I have the 4x4 electrical box as a reseviore also. i can go to Home Depot to pick up any converting things but i don't know what to do. I want a 1/2 inch system because i dont want the 3/8 :p. anyways.. i was wondering how i should go about doing so.

pump --> Heater core w/ 3/8 tubing
Heater core --> Convert 3/8 to 1/2 --> Waterblock
Waterblock --> back to resevoire via 1/2 fittings

does that sound good? Should i go 1/2 inch out of the pump then when it gets to the heater core turn it back to 3/8? anyways.. feedback plz! And ofcourse i'll post pics of final product

i suppose i could get a new heater core... but thats another $20 maybe, and ive already spent $80 on this project :(

I would send 1/2" tubing directly to the waterblock from the pump, and convert it to 3/8" when it reaches the radiator.
